A forty eight year old lady was admitted at our hospital with sudden onset severe headache followed by loss of consciousness.CT angiogram of the brain revealed an unruptured Ant Choroidal arter aneurysm and ICA bifurcation aneurysm on right side . Both the aneurysms were successfully clipped by DR Vineet Saggar . Post cooperatively patient developed severe vasospasm which was managed with nimodipine and patient finally recovered with residual weakness on left side.
